As per the Regulations of NCDEX e Markets Limited, all Members of the Exchange are required to open their bank accounts (for settlement and for exchange dues) with the designated banks hereinafter referred to as "clearing banks".
The accounts are to be named as "Member name - Settlement A/c" and "Member name - Exchange dues A/c".
NCDEX e Markets Limited has already finalized the appointment of following banks as clearing banks with which members may open the bank accounts for the purpose:
Disclaimer for Clearing Banks empanelled with NCDEX e Markets Limited. Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that before selecting and or appointing any of the Clearing Banks from the list of Clearing Banks empanelled by the Exchange, they may have their due diligence done about the Bank they wish to select and / or appoint for clearing and settlement of the transactions done by them on the Exchange. The list only indicates the Banks who have established connectivity and network with the Exchange and have the necessary infrastructure required to facilitate the clearing and settlement of transactions of the members on the Exchange. In the event of any negligence in providing services and or failure to provide services by any Clearing Bank or any other dispute arising between the member and the Clearing Bank, the Exchange shall not be responsible and / or liable for the same.
