The erstwhile Andhra Pradesh (which
includes Telangana State) in February 2013 has given a Government
Order to implement 7 Agricultural Market Committees (Khammam,
Miryalguda, Warangal, Kesamudram, Nizamabad, Guntur & Adoni) on
trial basis.
But after bifurcation of the state, 5 Markets came to Telangana and
we have made all the 5 markets LIVE in Telangana. In Telangana, the
markets are following from Gate Entry stage to Traders
participating in the Tender after checking the quality of any
commodity. Commodities traded in Telangana are Turmeric, Cotton,
Chillies, Maize, Bajra, Gingerly, Soyabean, Green gram, different
varieties of Paddy etc
